One of Massland's core strengths is our ability to leverage off our extensive joint venture databases. These joint venture partners are situated across all the major capital cities within Australia. Their role is to effectively spot development sites which are commercially viable and then to submit them to the Development Team at the Massland Head Office located in Bundall on the Gold Coast in Queensland.

From here we will then run the potential development site through a rigorous ‘due diligence‘ process to ensure the deal is indeed viable for all the parties involved. Once a deal submitted is successfully transacted (i.e. sold, taken through a DA or developed) the joint venture partner directly profits as a result.

We now have over 1,000 joint venture partners meaning a constant flow of development sites to assess and match up with potential buyers.
